How to Add Motion Blur in CapCut on PC

Step 1: Open CapCut and Start a New Project

  • First, open CapCut on your PC.
  • Click on the Create Project button to begin editing.

Step 2: Import Your Video Footage

  • Go to the Media section in CapCut.
  • Click Import and select the video from your computer that you want to edit.
  • Once the video is imported, drag it down to the editing track at the bottom.

Step 3: Find the Effects Tab

  • Look at the top left menu and click on the Effects tab.
  • If you are using the latest version, type Motion Blur in the search bar to quickly find it.

Step 4: For Older Versions of CapCut

  • If your version is older, don’t worry! Just go to the left menu, click on Video Effects, and choose Lens Effect from the dropdown.
  • You will see Motion Blur in that list.
