- Open the Instagram App
First, open Instagram on your phone. - Go to Your Profile
Once you’re in the app, tap on your profile picture in the bottom-right corner to go to your profile. - Open the Settings Menu
In the top-right corner of your profile page, you’ll see three lines. Tap on those to open the settings menu. - Select “Settings and Privacy”
From the menu that appears, choose Settings and Privacy. - Go to Privacy Options
